• 2013 Domaine de Gournier - Rose Cevennes - Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry. With a seductive pink color and a nose of ripe red berries, this rosé displays a classically dry palate of raspberry, strawberry, herbs and underbrush. The finish is dry, bright and lively with a nice mineral streak. Pair with grilled foods, summer salads, tomato, cold soups and sardines.

• 2012 Joseph Mellot Sincerite - Pinot Noir, A light, fragrant Loire Pinot Noir. Aromas of dark cherry, with flavors of red plum, red currant, and smoky strawberries. Finish light and floral. Perfect with grilled white meats and herbs.
