The Sweat Shop Dallas, is not a gym. Our trainers, staff, classes and events are targeted to provide each one of our clients with a fitness experience unlike any other. The Sweat Shop offers hour long boot camps, 30 minute high intensity classes, personal training, customized meal plans, personalized workout plans & an on site shake bar for all pre/post workout nutritional needs.
