Think you're "not flexible enough" to practice yoga? Think again! If you can breathe and move even just a little bit, you can do yoga. Kane Street's own Lisa Sack, RYT-200, will conduct a private session in the privacy of your own home. Lisa’s teaching focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and mindfulness to help clients find ease and joy both on and off the mat. Lisa emphasizes adaptation of the postures to suit each individual’s needs, and encourages curiosity, playfulness, and self-acceptance.
