Glory B Hats is the brainchild of artist and milliner, Jennie Hart Robinson. Jennie believes every day is a great day for a party hat. The name "Glory B" comes from an expression she heard growing up. Jennie Hart Robinson began crafting hats out of paper at age 14. Winning bidder will be responsible for shipping/mailing fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
