Camp staff is made up of graduate students from the Graduate School, alumni from the Graduate School and the School for Children as well as various outside specialists, teachers and professionals in their fields. Many campers return to camp as counselors because of their positive experience as campers.

Our Bank Street Summer Camp Brooklyn programs consist of seven groups for children between kindergarten and 6th grade. All programs follow the same progressive model as the Bank Street School for Children and Bank Street College of Education. Each group swims at least twice a week in small groups, at appropriate swim levels and with an emphasis on safety.
