We have a staff of dedicated buyers who screen all of the products we bring into the store. Their years of buying experience helps weed through the hype so only the best products make it to our shelves. Our buyers are routinely briefed on new product developments directly by the product designers, often 18 months before a product is available for sale, and in many cases their feedback influences product design. The result is that we are very confident in everything we offer, but we’re also free to shift to new products and brands as the market evolves. We do not allow our vendors to pay our staff to sell their products or pay for our advertisements, as many other retailers do.

All of our staff goes through at least a month of both classroom and hands-on training before being qualified to assist people with shoe fittings along with a requirement to complete a rigorous set of written training on all aspects of running, swimming, cycling, nutrition, training, and recovery. Regardless of the great lengths ensuring that everyone on our staff understands how to work with people of all athletic levels, our staff will ask questions to make sure we truly understand each customer’s background and needs so we can make the best suggestions.
