LASER GENESIS

This treatment uses an Nd: Yag laser for non-ablative skin rejuvenation, resulting in an improvement of skin texture, reduced wrinkles, reduced acne scars, and diminished pore size. It works by gently heating the upper dermis well below the skin’s surface, while stimulating collagen production and remodeling. Heat is generated in dilated capillaries resulting in reduced diffuse redness. The technology stimulates the body into activating the skin’s healing response to dermal injury while leaving the surface of the skin unharmed.

 

Results are generally seen after just one treatment, but a series of treatments is required for optimum results. The number of Laser Genesis needed depends upon the goal but often a series of 4-6 treatments spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart is recommended.
