The name basically means “composite.” But there is nothing that feels mish-mashy on the strictly Vietnamese menu at this Park Slope newcomer, from the green papaya salad to a crisp shrimp crepe to the “unshaking beef,” a nod to the chef/owners San Franciscan roots at the famed Slanted Door.
