Matt Clay is the general manager and his objective is to help you reach your goals in the game of golf and enjoy it as much as he does. The golf swing is a series of complex movements and in order to maximize our body's potential it is important to match proper technique with the physical ability to perform the movement. This is done through a series of drills paired with matching fitness exercises.

Each player's swing and goals are different and developing an individualized program is important to me. I want to help you practice more effectively, play more efficiently and lower your scores. Learning how to practice is a skill and something I focus on with each student.
