Dawn Patrol Surf first opened in January of 2004 by local Encinitas surfer Brent Stephens. A current and relevant surf school that provides proper surfing lessons and surf camps from experienced, professional, and friendly local surfers. Working with both visitors to the area and local families, Dawn Patrol Surf has built a solid reputation as the number one place to go to learn to surf around Encinitas.
