Come learn to cook authentic Mexican tamales at our very own Principal's home!
Four wonderful Capri moms: Rocio Zamora, Laura Ortega, and Silvia Perez Jimenez, with Argelia Lopez assisting are hosting a cooking class on how to make authentic tamales at Dr. Philyaw's home.
Light appetizers and adult beverages will be served.
The classes will be held at Dr. Philyaw's house on a Saturday afternoon.
Participants will receive a hands on cooking class and leave with both samples of the tamales, as well as a printed out recipe.
Audrey Critchlow and Dr. Philyaw will be there to help with translation, as well as to receive some cooking intervention support themselves (neither of them know how to cook).
Must be a Capri Family to participate.

Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
