Live in Alignment Pilates

Live in Alignment Pilates, at the Schroeder Center for Healthy Living, combines the science of physical therapy with the art of movement. Founded in 2000 by Dr. Lori Schroeder, this program was established with two goals in mind: to provide safe and effective exercise for patients focusing on core stabilization, proper posture and flexibility and to provide an exercise environment capable of enhancing performance for athletes of all ages.
