Your parking spot may NOT be shared outside of your immediate family.
You may NOT sublet your parking spot.
You MAY leave a note if someone parks in your spot. The note may NOT contain profanity.
NO tailgating without express written consent.
NO overnight parking.
You MAY park a bicycle in your spot just to rub it in.
You may NOT park a Razor scooter in your spot because that would just be silly.
