The Little People’s Store was originally started by Shelly & Ron Leeman in 1990 and provided the community with clean, quality, name brand children’s clothing, furniture and equipment. In 2009 Tanya Strite purchased the store from the Leeman’s.Tanya has been a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz and has always had a passion for working with children, when the opportunity arose to purchase the store, she jumped at it. With the help of her husband, family, and friends she re-launched the store. Retaining the great products, prices, and family environment it was founded on Tanya also incorporated her own personality and ideas. The new shop is filled with quality new and used items, it features a play barn, an expanded maternity section, and sizes all the way up to size 16. Tanya also always makes sure the shop is clean and organized with friendly staff to make it easy and fun to find what you’re looking for!
