This hillside getaway sits on 2 acres in the San Jacinto Mountains only two hours from Orange County. Walk to art galleries, enjoy creekside hikes, or visit the Idyllwild Nature center. Our four bedroom, three bath home has a knotty pine interior with a full kitchen, great room with cathedral ceilings, wet bar, master suite with private deck featuring a seasonal four poster outdoor bed, outdoor lounge area with views of Tahquitz and a six person Jacuzzi. The Master Suite includes a King size bed, separate sitting room, private outdoor deck and full bathroom (tub and separate shower). Downstairs bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. The adjacent guest bathroom is newly remodeled and has a custom slate shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a newly remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom and custom tile/glass shower. One upstairs room as two twin beds (that can be converted into a King) and the other room has a King bed. There are even comfy robes in every closet for your lounging pleasure! We ensure your experience is memorable by greeting you with fresh flowers in every room, home baked goods, and fresh organic citrus for juicing.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 people. This was once the summer retreat of well known author, Earle Stanley-Gardner and has been featured in the local Indie film, Vertical as well as commercial photo shoots. Come experience a bit of history! Come experience Idyllwild! Limited to Newport Elementary families & relatives only. No cash value. Must be booked and your stay must be completed within 12 months of purchase (Expires April 1, 2015). Can only be booked within 60 days of stay, based on availability. Additional nights and days can be purchased. No pets. NO smoking. The blackout dates are as follows for 2015/2016: April 3-12h, May 8-10th, 5/22-25th, June 30-July 5th, September 4-7th, October 9-12 November 6-9, November 20th-29th, December 18- January 3rd, January 15-18th, February 12-16th, March 20-April st.
