AIReal Yoga™ - Is honored to be the first and only form of aerial yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance. Using a looped fabric as a tool in invert without compressing your spine, this form of yoga allows you to reach a deeper stretch an receive an incredible core work out.

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa is a style of yoga which uses the breath as a vehicle to connect postures. All posts are based in the mother of asana, Hatha. In Vinyasa we create combinations of postures giving it a dance like quality. It is a warming practice as the breath and movement creates heat and vibrant energy. 

Hatha Yoga - Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well- being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Our 4000 sq. ft. Air studio houses all our Aerial, trampoline, acro yoga classes. We have state of the art equipment. A trampoline, tumble track, rock wall,  padded floor, all our aerial apparatus', an amazing sound system w/a dj booth. We have a structure for lighting package. Our Air studio has been rented for filming, parties and live events.  We have over 100 chairs available. We have a parent viewing area, free wifi, with local monthly artisans who display their beautiful work.
