Special Instructions
Limit one certificate per patron/family per year. Certificate is non-transferable and must be used by original purchaser. The winning bidder must register their certificate by using the link printed on the gift certificate. Or, they mail email us for the registration link at fallon@thomasfallonphotography.com. Not valid for commercial photography. Expires May 2, 2016.
Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus at scheduled times or in the business office after those dates. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
