Special Instructions
To redeem offer, submit original certificate along with a completed emergency card by June 15, 2015. NOT redeemable for cash value. Cannot be combined with any other PAW discount or coupon. One certificate per child for summer of 2015. Child must be between the ages of 5-14 at the time of camp attendance. Good for Summer 2015 only.
Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus at scheduled times or in the business office after those dates. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
