This three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom condo is located in Palm Valley Country Club (PVCC).  Two bedrooms have king size beds with adjoining bathrooms.  The third bedroom is an oversized room and perfect for kids with two full bedas and one sleeper size chaise lounge.  There is also room for a blow up mattress in this room (with a crib in the master closet, should you need).

Amenities include a flat screen tv in the family room, travertine marble hallway, enclosed patio on fairway, numerous pools within walking distance and clubhouse privileges include a full gym.  You will need to take the PVCC guest pass request to the front desk of the PVCC clubhouse for a guest card to use the PVCC facilities.

PVCC has an onsite hair/nail salon, Bogie's (breakfast/lunch diner) with childcare available by appointment in the Kids Klub at the Main Clubhouse.

Also comes with two guest passes to THE LIVING DESERT.  What could be easier?
