Simone De La Rue has enjoyed a successful dance career spanning over two decades, including numerous performances on Broadway, London’s West End and her native Australia. Simone has always had a passion for fitness and health. As a dancer, she studied yoga and Pilates. Body By Simone was developed from the techniques Simone used to train herself throughout her career.
Body By Simone mixes dance with yoga and Pilates to develop core strength, create long lean muscle, and promote cardio fitness, reaching the ultimate goal of having the perfect dancer’s body.
