- One month individualized training program on 2-3 PDFs with exercise video tutorials on our app.

- App will be available for a fee after the first month.

Functional Integrative Technique (FIT) was founded by 5 motivated fitness professionals with a combined experience of over 60 years in the health/wellness and management field. They’ve worked with people from all walks of life: Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, top business executives and special populations (children, seniors and pre/post natal). They created a system called the Functional Integrative Technique.

The core of FIT is a total body approach to achieving optimal health and wellness by integrating strength and cardiovascular training, martial arts, pilates, yoga, manual therapy and nutrition.
