This beautiful book was created by the Yellow Parrot children, and was inspired by a lesson on Jobs during “J” week. 

The children learned to identify what a job is and that many jobs exist in the classroom. They learned that they will get to choose a job when they are a grown up.

They reviewed with their teachers different jobs and the responsibilities associated with them, and acted them out.

The children shared what job they want to have when they grow up and why. Then they got to dress up in a costume and use props that depict their vocational choice. They had their picture taken on a set by our own Mr Jay.

These priceless pictures were bound into a gorgeous book, together with the children’s words.

We are so proud of all the work of our Yellow Parrots and the final product!
