Schmid Etienne has been a personal trainer for over 7 years, with multiple national certifications including Nation Academic of Sport Medicine (NASM), International Sport Science Association (ISSA), TRX suspension Training Certification, Muscle Activation Technique Jumpstart Certification (MAT Jumpstart), American Fitness Professional Association Cardio Kickboxing Certification (AFPA Kickboxing), Dotfit fitness professional certification, Partner Assisted Stretching Certification, and Level 1 life Coaching from Co-Active Coaching.
