Join other FTCNS fathers for a friendly, low-key evening of poker lessons and play. If you're turned off by smoky card games and aggressive drunken gamblers, this is your night. Semi-pro dealer and instructor Lightning Atkinson will teach the basic play of Texas Holdem as well as strategies and betting techniques.

After the lessons we'll play a brief tournament to test your new skills. Each participant must bring a prize for the tournament valued at approximately $10. Tournament winner will get first choice of all the prizes contributed; second place winner of the tournament will get the second choice of prize, etc.

Everyone contributes a prize and everyone receives a prize.
