A graduate of CIA Hyde Park, a true master in the kitchen, and an all-around great guy, Aaron has held various positions at La Folie, and The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay, executive Chef at Google, and now working on a restaurant of his own. Not to be outdone, his significant other Jewel Zimmer, a pastry chef, chocolatier, level 1 sommelier and chef/partner in Press 12, will be on hand to provide sweet treats, chocolate, and small producer wine pairings.
