She suggested I cut my hair a little bit more than I was comfortable with, because I had too many layers, and my hair wasn't looking too healthy. She made me feel comfortable about the decision and showed me techniques on how to style my hair to make it look as good as it did in the salon. I scheduled another appointment for highlights with her. She is very sweet and a great listener.''
