You are bidding on a Speech Therapy Evaluation and three (3) one-hour treatment sessions with GCS parent and speech/language pathologist, Heather Keene, M.A., CCP-SLP. The evaluation can be for an adult or child. The evaluation will include standardized testing as well as a full written report with treatment plan and recommendations for parents/family members as well as other professionals, if indicated.

The evaluation and all sessions will take place at a mutually agreed upon time and place.  Expiration date is April 30, 2016.
