Have your own Pilates class or take one with a friend! Feel taller, longer, lighter, straighter-all without stress or tension. Includes matwork (the basics) and working on the equiptment (Reformer, Caddilac, Chair and/or Barrel) in the session. Loi Kail has been teaching Pilates for 20 years, and before that was a dancer, choreographer, NYS Licensed Massage Therapist so has been working with bodies in motion her entire life. Best recommendation to take pilates from Loi came from Josh Kail, her (then) 14 yr old son after she gave him a mini lesson of about 10 exercises on the Reformer.... 15 minutes later Josh said "Hey mom, can you work me out tomorrow?"

NOTE: All items are for pick-up only at the Special Music School at 129 West 67th Street. Pickup will take place within three weeks of the auction closing.
