Attend a workshop rehearsal for a new musical called "Nerds!" "Nerds" is an upcoming Broadway musical which will be doing a workshop from March 30 - April 17th. Rehearsals will be in a rehearsal studio in midtown every day from 10am-6pm. With weekend rehearsals, after school hours, and the entire spring break in April, there are many opportunities to come see all or part of a rehearsal, whatever works for your schedule. Nerds is a musical comedy, loosely based on the stories of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, and the rivalry between IBM and Apple computers throughout history. The score includes many styles of music, from traditional musical theater to rock, rap and hip-hop. The workshop will include a cast of 11 broadway actors, full choreography, and a four-piece rhythm band. It will be a fun behind-the-scenes look at a Broadway musical in its early stages.
