Description

Concentrates plum, blackberry, full body aromas and flavors of ripe dark blackberry, plum, cherry cola and sweet toasted oak. Lush with a hint of tartness on the long, slightly tannic finish. This is a BIG Cabernet.

One pound of a well aged sharp white cheddar cheese from Washington State University creamery.
Copper Pot caramels
1 box of sea salt infused caramels made in Yakima WA.
