A wine made in Northern Italy, spiritual home of the Pinot Grigio, and named after a particular precious vineyard. Tikohi, meaning "togetherness" in local Maori tribe dialect, is coming from the Wairau River Estate in "Sauvignon Central". Due to the warm days, cool nights and rocky soils, this wine has a bouquet of ripe gooseberries, freshly cut grass and tropical fruit. Best enjoyed young, ideally as aperitif or with a wide range of cuisine.
