The Falesco winery has been founded in 1979.
Falesco 100% Merlot, which is aged for six months in small French oak barrels, is very deep in color. The aromas are ample, rich, soft and spicy, and the flavors are noble, well balanced and harmonious with a very long and lingering finish.
Curiosities: the Merlot, a varietal grape variety whose name derives from the special love that the blackbird seems to have for this grape, is a variety originating in southwest France, that has found its ideal habitat in the area of âÂ?Â?âÂ?Â?Montecchio, in the hills south of Orvieto.
