This listing is for one half-liter of extra virgin, 100% hojiblanca Spanish olive oil from Giuliana Direct Olive Oil and Josh Ray. Incredibly fresh, with bright clear flavors of apple, grass and vegetables. Fantastic on grilled crispy bread and tomato, rice dishes, salads and fish.

La Cultivada oils are incredibly high quality. Farming is all organic and fruit is harvested by hand. Olives are crushed within two hours of harvesting to lock in the freshness. Grown at 1,000 feet in elevation in a dry Mediterranean climate on an artisanal farm in Andalusia, Spain.
