The Cavanaugh Flight Museum is devoted to promoting aviation studies and to perpetuating America's aviation heritage. The museum fulfills it's mission by restoring, operating, maintaining and displaying historically significant vintage aircraft and by collecting materials related to the history of aviation. Cavanaugh Flight Museuam has an exceptional collection of more than 50 authentic aircraft dating form WWI through the Vietnam War years, nearly all of which are airworthy. Additionally the museum houses a gallery of unique airplane art; some bearing both photo inserts and the signatures of the WWII aviators who piloted the depicted aircraft.
