Bagel, baguettes or pistachio biscotti? Sea salt shortbread, almond horseshoes or the muffins du jour? Their sandwiches, soups and salads are great too!

Scratch uses only the best ingredients, including King Arthur and Aurora Mills flours, local Maine eggs and real butter. They also grind and brew exceptional blend and origin coffees from local Portland roasters Coffee By Design and Matt’s Wood Roasted. Their small market sells a handpicked selection of "things that go with bread," including cheeses, condiments, cured meats, and wine.
