You can also take a light-hearted look at Descanso Gardens from a 1/8th replica of a diesel train. The Enchanted Railroad is a Descanso icon, delighting young and old who climb aboard. The railroad travels a section of the Gardens near the Promenade.

The Enchanted Railroad regular hours of operation are from 10 am-noon Tuesdays & Fridays; and 10 am-4 pm Saturday & Sunday.
