Winning bidder will receive one hour private Pilates lesson, one hour private Gyrotonic lesson, and 5 group pilates mat or gyrokinesis classes from Upward Spiral Studio in Cambridge, MA (7 Temple St, Central Square).  This is a session catered specifically to you.

Your instructor will get to know your physical aspirations, help you discover any muscular imbalances and reach your body’s optimal performance.

In Pilates, we offer private sessions as well as duet and trio sessions on the equipment.

Beginners are recommended to start with private sessions.  Duets and Trio sessions are for students who already understand the fundamentals of Pilates and are set up as long as everyone in the group is at the same level of experience.

We also offer group Pilates mat classes (see schedule) and GYROKINESIS® classes (see schedule), which are the group, non-equipment application to the Gyrotonic Expansion System®.
