Winning bidder will receive four one-on-one Personal Training sessions (valued at $100 each) from CORE CORRECTIVES, personal training and nutrition. 

Raisha Vaidya has over 3 years of personal training, partner and small group training, boot camp and nutrition experience.  She has a bachelor's degree in psychology (summa cum laude) from University of Massachusetts.  She is a nationally certified Performance Enhancement Specialist & Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the GOLD standard in the Fitness Industry.  She has a Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition from National Personal Training Institute.  In 2012, she completed an Internship at MYOFORCE and Perfect Postures in Functional Movements and Posture Correction.  She was previously a Personal Trainer at Boston Sports Club.
