About the DanceFIT for Kids Program:

DanceFIT for Kids presents young ballerinas the opportunity to transform into fairies, superheroes and animals through creative movement exercises designed to foster emotional, intellectual and social skills. The young dancers will delight in the fundamentals of classical ballet while improving their coordination and motor skills. Our age-appropriate dance syllabus for children uses concepts to which children can relate to introduce movements progressively. Fun music selections (from Disney to Chopin) advance children's understanding of rhythm and melody. Warning: kids who start dancing with us have been known to put on performances in their home living rooms every day of the week.

About Gina Fay:

From dancing at the L'Ecole de Superiere de Dance de Rosella Hightower in France to teaching at The Washington Ballet, Gina Fay has performed and learned under many of the world's top dancers and instructors, including taking master classes with Charles Anderson, Nikolai Kabanaiev, Victor Kabaniaev, Lauren Jonas, Joy Petrash and Jose Ferran.
