Greece
Our sister stores are located in Kalamata, Greece, a pretty coastal city on the southern mainland. This is where it all started. A wooden cart filled with traditional syrupy sweets wheeled around town for the locals by Kirio Pantelis five decades ago would surprisingly become a full-fledged, first class patisserie/cafe enterprise run by his son and daughter-in-law, and eventually branch out to the U.S.  A family business from its provincial inception, the tradition continues both at home and abroad. Should you be lucky enough to visit Kalamata, please let us know (make sure you ask for George and Maria while there!)
