With or without props, on the mat, or on the reformer, Pilates targets very specific muscle groups and uses your own weight and flexibility to give you an incredible workout.


Here at BodyScapes we are fully equipped to work with everyone from the most beginner students to experienced Pilates practitioners. Our studios are equipped with everything you need for a complete Pilates experience: reformers, Cadillac, ladder barrel, chair, fitness circles, flex-bands, and more. (Sound like a foreign language? Our Pilates instructors are some of the best in the business, all having at least five years' teaching experience. They can tailor a workout to your fitness goals or advance your Pilates practice.  Private classes are offered, as well as duet and trio classes.


About Personal Training:


Our trainers can motivate and educate you so you can set an attain personal fitness goals.  You will work closely with your trainer and learn how to reduce risk factors, change unwanted habits, manage stress, and meet life's milestones with optimism and vitality.  Depending on your needs and goals, most sessions will include some focus on flexibility, muscular strengthening, and cardiovascular endurance.  Other areas of attention might include injury rehabilitation, sport-specific conditioning, functional training, core fitness, balance, agility, and weight loss.

What is BodyScapes?

What will a personal trainer do for me?


At BodyScapes you are assisted by your own personal trainer working with you at every session. Their goal is to motivate and educate you so you can attain realistic and satisfying fitness goals. How does it work?

All sessions at BodyScapes are by appointment only and last approximately 1 hour. There is a great flexibility of hours to accommodate your needs.
