About Paris Creperie
While visiting Paris, Charles Silverston fell in love with crepes, a long standing Parisian street food. In 2001, he brought this Paris tradition home, opening The Paris Creperie, a cozy café in the heart of historic Coolidge Corner. The café quickly became a cult favorite with lines out the door every weekend.Soon, guests’ desire for crepes led to our catering special occasions, thus delivering on our promise, “We Bring Paris To You!” Harking back to our Paris street food origins, we developed the ability to create a crepe stand at any party or event, providing a fun, interactive experience.
