Melody Coffee, served at Ninja Star Coffee Bar, is a small batch, artisan coffee roaster. We start with the highest quality beans grown by farmers whose integrity and standards for excellence match our own. We use a small vintage German coffee roaster, precise temperature monitoring equipment and the five human senses. We roast and taste until we have created a flavor profile that truly exhibits the quality of the seed. Our work is a process in pursuit of the perfect cup.

Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
