Flavor Bistro is focused on sustainable-organic agriculture from local farmers. Flavor offers the best in the market place at the people’s prices.
All of Flavor’s meat and poultry are organic or antibiotic and hormone free. Our Fish-of-the-day is always wild, never farmed. We use organic milk only. Flavor’s coffee is fair-trade and certified organic. Everything is handmade, in-house every day. We bake all our own bread and pastries. Our pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli are hand rolled every morning. Our pizza comes from our old world style stone oven. We even make our own Gelato.
Flavor’s award winning wine list offers over 50 wines by the glass, half or full pour. We have every flavor on tap from Moonlight Brewery. The cuisine of Flavor is available in two sizes enabling the diner to create their own experience.

Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
