An all organic, gourmet South Indian dinner brought to your home for up to 8 guests. Dr. Gillian Lerner and Cheryl Koskela will join forces to make a beautiful meal for your family and friends.
Dr. Gillian Lerner is a licensed psychologist and a longtime student of yoga and meditation. She has studied South Indian Ayurvedic cooking in depth from her teachers Dr. Shankaranarayana Jois and his wife G. Vijaya Jois in India. Her dishes will inspire and delight your senses. Vegan and gluten free options are available. A sample menu may include Cucumber Sambar, Red Lentil Dosas with Coconut Chutney, Mung Bean Dahl with eggplant and steamed greens, Lemon Rice, Date Coconut Balls and Chai Tea with fresh almond milk.
Cheryl Koskela has been inspired by Gillian to create South Indian dishes for her own family. She also brings years of experience creating raw, vegan desserts and dishes, and started Blossom Organic Foods with a booth at the Sebastopol Farmer's market in 2011.
Special Instructions
Dinner Date to be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance and subject to availability. Gift Certificate valid through October 2015. Valid for Sonoma County only.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
