Iyengar yoga series with Ruth Mankin taught at the Downtown Dance Art Space, 172 Main St. Sebastopol
Yoga means union or yoke. Ruth Mankin teaches an Iyengar based yoga that brings together the union of the mind, body, breath and spirit. She has been a student and teacher of yoga for many years, and studied with Erich Schiffman for 10 years. She continues to study yoga with meditation, and loves that balance that yoga brings into her life. All level students welcome.
Fridays & Saturdays from 9:00-10:30 am, Downtown Art Studio (behind Sebastopol Cookie Company)

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
