The Museum of Jurassic Technology has often been called one of the most interesting and unique museums in LA. Dedicated to "the advancement of knowledge and the public appreciation of the Lower Jurassic, " the museum is home to a collection of artistic, ethnographic, scientific, and historic artifacts. Most Yelp! reviewers say it is indescribable, though some who have tried mention the Ripley museum, called it magical and compelling, explain it is a museum about museums, and even call it simply a triumph. It is a place that must be visited to be believed. 

MI Parent recommendation: The exhibition The Eye of the Needle: Microminiatures of Hgop Sandaljian alone is worth a visit to MJT. It is astounding!
