Come join the Tsao and Tsai families and learn how to make authentic Chinese dumplings! With over 50 years of dumpling folding experience, Grandma Su and Grand Auntie Tsai will teach everyone how to make dumplings from scratch, starting from the wrapper dough to the authentic meat and veggie fillings. Then we cook the dumplings and eat them family style, as many as you can eat. Kids are welcome to join Kyle, Makena, and Kiki with an accompanying adult.
