DePaul University Head Women's Coach and London 2012 Gold Medal Assistant Coach Doug Bruno's Fundamental Teaching CAmp is four days of expert instruction on the fundamentals of the game. This camp offers personalized, professional instruction with a camper/coach ratio or 8:1. Coach Bruno personally directs a minimum of six hours of basketball instruction daily! Campers perform a minimum of nine hours of basketball activity per day with daily demonstrations, drills, three - on - three and full court games daily! individual skills taught include shooting, dribbling, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defensive and offensive moves and team skills including movement without the ball and rebounding/blocking out. All players receive a written evaluation, a fundamental booklet, two camp t-shirts and one NIKE basketball. With 19 NCAA appearances - 12 of them consecutive - and Team GPA Top Ten for the past five years, Bruno also reinforces the importance of time management and teaches goal setting.
