Looking for a fun, effective and ever-changing workout experience? New participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join a very upbeat and inclusive group of adults every Sat., 9 am, at Manor School. Don't worry. All Crybabies Boot Camp workouts are done with partners so 1) you share the workout with someone who knows the ropes, and 2) you get a rest while your partner is working. Plus, working with a partner is the fastest way to meet other participants and feel a part of the group
